Night of the Monarch Fall Gala
& The 4th Annual Stuart Weitzman Fashion Show
This black tie-optional gala will honor those who face ovarian cancer as well as those who have succumbed to the disease, and will include a special tribute to the founder of Ovations for the Cure, the late Patricia Franchi Flaherty. The Stuart Weitzman Fashion Show will feature jewelry by A.M. DePrisco Wellesley and styled by celebrity stylist Gretta Monahan and Katie Faessler of The Rachael Ray Show and Tim Gunn's Guide to Style. Kicking off the event will be The Amalgamates, Tufts University's award-winning A Cappella group.
The evening, emceed by NECN's Beth Shelburne. Ovations will also be giving out awards for innovations in ovarian cancer research, awareness and patient programs. Keynote speaker and loyal friend of Ovations Joyce Kulhawik will also say a few words. Following the tribute series will be an exciting live auction emceed by Susan Wornick of WCVB showcasing luxurious packages to bid upon. Dancing - The White Heat Swing Orchestra.
6:30pm VIP guests will enjoy an exclusive champagne reception
7:30pm Pre-show cocktail reception. where guests have a chance to win $100,000 from a prize vault sponsored by Twinbrook Insurance.
